Welcome to Laura's Home Education Art Studio This is where I teach, exhibit and promote my student's art works. I teach K-12 and adult fine art classes in Drawing, , Sculpture & Pottery I hand building, Pottery II throwing on the wheel- cyliders, Pottery III Pitchers & Vases. Only original artworks are displayed. I do not sell any mass produced prints or sculptures. Nor do I sell mass produced bisque ware for glazing like the Pottery places, but I do have origingal hand thrown bisque items for sale.The items are priced to cover the cost of materials, the artist's time in creating the piece, and your glaze and firing fee. Most students do not elect to sell their work. However, any student who does want to sell their work may do so, earning the 30%/70% commission rate upon sale of their work. All artworks in the gallery are for sale at very affordable prices. Come see what is being made here this week. Memberships are available for serious Artists. These agreements come with perks for gallery sales space, 10% class discounts, commission perks and exhibit privileges. Memberships come in 1 Month, 3 Months and 6 Months renewable agreement contracts. This is much more convenient arrangement than signing a sub lease for both parties. Artists who sign a membership agreement will have their own private studio space in the lower level of the Studio. 1 Month $75 3 Months $180 6 Months $360 A membership makes a terrific gift for the artist in your life who wants to makes a start of it, create when the mood hits, sell their artworks, and not be tied into a year's lease.
